Carl Burgess

Carl Burgess is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the investment management and financial services technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Citisoft since February 2024, Carl previously held the position of Lead Consultant at BNY Mellon | Eagle Investment Systems from September 2021 to January 2024. Prior to this, Carl contributed as Vice President and Senior Data Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation, focusing on data management operations for investment systems. Carl's career includes significant roles at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as an Application Tech Lead and as a Captain in the Arizona Army National Guard, where responsibilities included managing information systems for large military units. Carl holds a Master’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University–Hawaii in Management of Information Systems with a minor in Business Management.
