Kayla Metcalfe

Kayla Metcalfe is an experienced Account Manager specializing in experiential marketing and public relations. Currently serving as an Account Manager for Citizen Relations since February 2024, Kayla previously held roles at NARRATIVE PR, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and conducting media audits. With a background as a Publicist at Megan Leahy PR, Kayla focused on media relations and publicity efforts. Prior experience also includes managing experiential marketing as a Field Manager at Smak Media & Promotions and coordinating destination experiences at ilovetravel. Early career roles included staffing and event coordination, as well as intern positions in publicity and event planning. Kayla holds a diploma from Humber College, obtained between 2013 and 2016.
