Michelle Happ

Michelle Happ is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and business consulting. Currently serving as the ServiceNow Platform Product Owner at Citizens since September 2024, Michelle previously held leadership roles at Cask as a Senior Business Consultant and Associate Director from August 2021 to October 2024. At The Hartford, where tenure spanned from July 2002 to August 2021, Michelle excelled in various capacities, including Manager of ITSM Strategy & Tools, and was instrumental in process evaluation and service improvement initiatives. Early career experience includes roles at Associated Spring Group Headquarters and Barnes Group, where Michelle developed critical IT infrastructure and support systems.
