Dana Edwards

Dana Edwards currently serves as Deputy General Counsel at Citrin Cooperman since January 2023. Previously, Dana held various senior legal roles at Big Village from February 2018 to December 2022, including SVP - General Counsel and SVP Associate General Counsel. Prior experience includes a consultancy at Kira Inc. from November 2015 to February 2018 and an extensive tenure at The Interpublic Group of Companies, Inc. from March 1990 to April 2015, where Dana was an Associate General Counsel responsible for managing corporate transactions and partnering with senior management to enhance operational efficiencies. Dana obtained a JD from Fordham University School of Law and an MBA in finance and taxation from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
