Natalia Peña Villarreal

Natalia Peña Villarreal is an experienced professional in innovation management, currently serving as the Innovation Manager at Citrofrut since August 2022. Previously, Natalia held the position of Open Innovation & Powered By Leader at Monterrey Digital Hub, a pioneering digital transformation ecosystem in Mexico, from March 2021 to August 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Metalsa from February 2015 to March 2021 involved roles in Open Innovation & Accelerator and Marketing Planning & Execution, where Natalia implemented innovative practices and managed market research efforts. Earlier experience includes a role in Customer Relationship Management at Hussmann. Natalia holds a Certificate in Innovation and Design Thinking from CEDIM México and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
