Andrew Elmore

Andrew Elmore is an experienced professional currently serving as a Water & Wastewater Investigator for the City and County of Denver, where responsibilities include developing the city’s inaugural building-level wastewater monitoring program. Prior roles include Logistics Director and COVID-19 Testing Team Lead, contributing to the execution of over two hundred thousand COVID-19 tests and fostering community relationships during high-stress situations. Andrew also held various advancement roles at the University of Missouri, focusing on philanthropy and alumni engagement, and began a career in education recruitment at Baker University and the University of Missouri.
