Angela Casias

Angela Casias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legislative affairs and community partnerships. Currently serving as the Legislative Director for the City and County of Denver since August 2023, Angela has also held roles such as Local Government Affairs at Casias Consulting and Senior Vice President of Community and Government Partnerships at Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver prior to that. Angela's career includes significant positions in the City and County of Denver, where responsibilities included managing local government affairs and serving as Legislative Services Manager for Public Works, ensuring positive relationships with City Council members and shepherding policy initiatives. Additional past experiences include roles in marketing and communications, research assistance in the Mayor's office, and mental health support, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Colorado Denver.
