Chauncie Bigler

Chauncie Bigler is a City Planning Associate with the Division of Green Infrastructure at the City and County of Denver since May 2023, focusing on equitable green infrastructure implementation and community engagement. Previous experience includes roles as a Planner/Project Manager and Planning Associate at Larson Design Group from 2021 to 2023, contributing to planning efforts for local and federal clients. Chauncie also served as a GIS StoryMaps Project Designer for the McKees Rocks Community Development Corporation in 2021 and collaborated on the Favelas Unified Dashboard project with Catalytic Communities from 2020 to 2021, aimed at improving public health data in Rio de Janeiro's favelas. Chauncie's early career at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics included roles as a Senior Sales and Sustainability Coordinator, achieving significant reductions in carbon footprint. Chauncie holds a Master’s degree in Urban Development Planning from UCL and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from the University of South Florida, along with a Spanish Language Certification from Universidad de Oviedo.
