Damon Amato

Damon Amato has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as BIM Project Manager I at the City and County of Denver since November 2016, while also holding roles as Digital Facilities and Infrastructure Coordinator and Civil BIM Coordinator. In addition to managing projects, Damon has been the Head Soccer Coach at Broomfield Soccer Club since July 2022 and previously held the same position at Colorado Ignite Soccer Club from October 2020 to July 2022. Earlier career roles include Piping Designer at Rooney Engineering, Drafter II/Entry-Level Piping Designer at Halker Consulting, and various positions in GIS and mapping analysis. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management and Space Commercialization from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from the University of Northern Colorado.
