Michael Lujan

Michael Lujan, PE, currently serves as a Senior Engineer in the Department of Transportation & Infrastructure at the City and County of Denver since June 2023. Previously, Michael held the position of Project Manager at Baseline Engineering Corporation from September 2017 to June 2023, and worked as a Project Engineer at Jansen Strawn Consulting Engineers from December 2015 to September 2017, following the merger with Ware Malcomb. Additional experience includes roles as Project Engineer at Peak Civil Consultants, focused on residential and commercial land development, and Design Engineer at JR Engineering, specializing in transportation design. Earlier work at the Wyoming Department of Transportation involved roadway design and utility design, complemented by summer internships emphasizing construction inspection and material testing. Michael earned a degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Wyoming between 2001 and 2006.
