Jeffrey Kania

Jeffrey Kania, aPHR, is an experienced management professional with a background in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Assistant General Manager at City Barbeque since November 2022, Jeffrey previously held similar positions at bd's Mongolian Grill and Potbelly Sandwich Works, where responsibilities included managing operations and staff. Prior management experience includes General Manager roles at Thorntons Inc. and a position as Executive Chef at Morrison Community Living. Jeffrey Kania holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Saint Louis University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the College of DuPage.
