Rosa Olascoaga Vidal

Rosa Olascoaga Vidal is an experienced professional in community development and policy, currently serving as the Vice-President of Community Development and Policy at City Heights Community Development. Previously, Rosa held the position of Senior Infrastructure and Community Development Policy Advisor and Policy Advisor for Transportation and Housing at the County of San Diego. Additional experience includes roles as a Community Organizer with the Mid-City Community Advocacy Network and a Research Assistant at Kitchens For Good. Rosa began the career as a Social Justice Intern at NEA. Rosa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of San Francisco, completing the degree in 2018.
