Nathan Martinez

Nathan Martinez, PMP, FMP, is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of General Services for the City of Albuquerque since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nathan held various positions at Sandia National Laboratories from March 2023 to March 2024, including Operations and Engineering Lead and Facilities Manager. Nathan's career includes a role as Senior Project Manager at Positive Energy Solar for a brief period in early 2023, and significant experience at the City of Albuquerque from 2019 to 2022 as a Facilities Official. Nathan also worked for Bernalillo County in multiple capacities from 2001 to 2018, including Electrical Supervisor and Building Maintenance Supervisor. Nathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Building Construction Technology from Central New Mexico Community College.
