Deborah Moreno

Deborah Moreno has an extensive background in finance, currently serving as Finance Director for the City of Anaheim since August 2007, after previously holding the position of Deputy Finance Director. Additionally, Deborah has contributed as a lecturer at California State University, Fullerton - Extended Education since December 2008. Prior roles include Finance Director for the City of La Palma, Financial Accounting Manager, and Principal Accountant for the City of Anaheim, as well as an Audit Senior at Ernst & Young and Controller at Dicksons Air Conditioning and Heating. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University-San Bernardino, earned between 1994 and 1998.
