Alan "AJ" Jewell is an experienced construction and facilities management professional with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the Facilities and Construction Administrator for the City of Apopka since August 2020, AJ has held various leadership roles in the construction industry, including positions as Construction Superintendent at FINFROCK and Friedrich Watkins Company. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at McCree, Inc. as Director of Safety and Quality Assurance, and Construction Superintendent, as well as serving as Construction Manager for Habitat for Humanity. AJ also owned and operated AJ Construction Co Inc for 20 years and worked as a Construction Project Manager at Michigan Boiler Inc earlier in the career.
