Danny Scott

Danny Scott, PMP, currently serves as IT Program Manager for the City of Arlington since 2007. Prior experience includes a tenure at The Dallas Morning News from 1994 to 2007, where responsibilities encompassed Applications Programming Manager, Project Manager for significant advertising system projects, and Assistant IT Manager overseeing a substantial revenue-generating operations system. Earlier, Danny was Information Systems Manager at Dallas-Fort Worth Suburban Newspapers from 1980 to 1994, managing budgets and technology operations. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Tarrant County College.
