Carlos Vulgamott

Carlos Vulgamott, CSM, CSPO, has extensive experience in information technology project management and business analysis, currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager for the City of Arvada since July 2014, where responsibilities include managing complex projects and resource allocation. Previously, Carlos held the position of Business Analyst, focusing on business process analysis and technology solutions for City Departments. Prior experience includes serving as GIS Coordinator and Senior GIS Specialist for the City of Lakewood, where Carlos developed and managed Geographic Information Systems and created enterprise solutions linking maps with data. Carlos holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Land Use Planning and Management/Development from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Certificate from the Rocky Mountain Leadership Program at the University of Colorado Denver.
