Laura Keating

Laura Keating is an experienced urban planner and designer currently serving as an Associate Project Manager in the Project Connect Office for the City of Austin since October 2023. Prior to this role, Laura worked as an Urban Designer at CODE STUDIO INC from May 2022 to September 2023 and held the position of Senior Planner at the City of Austin from May 2016 to May 2022, where contributions included involvement in the award-winning Carver Park Neighborhood Revitalization Program. Additional experience includes roles as a Personal Travel Advisor at Movability Austin, Permit Specialist at the City of Austin's Planning and Development Department, and an intern at GrantWorks, Inc. Education includes a Master's degree in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from The Catholic University of America.
