Justin Panganiban

Justin Panganiban, AICP, currently serves as a Senior Planner/Urban Designer for the City of Bellevue, Washington, since May 2022. Prior to this role, Panganiban was a Senior Transportation Planner at the Seattle Department of Transportation, where responsibilities included managing the coordination of Sound Transit 3 light rail projects and reviewing private development for compliance with public right-of-way regulations. Panganiban's earlier experience includes work as an Urban Designer & Planner at VIA Architecture, focusing on urban design guidelines and public outreach for transit infrastructure, and internships with Alta Planning + Design and the City and County of San Francisco, gaining skills in fieldwork, analysis, and community engagement. Panganiban holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Master of Landscape Architecture, along with a Certificate in Urban Design from the University of Washington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Landscape Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.
