Richard Hansen

Richard Hansen, AICP, currently serves as an Associate Planner for the City of Bellevue, Washington, since July 2019, and previously held the role of Assistant Planner in the same organization. Hansen has prior experience as a Planning Assistant for the City of Dublin, Ohio, from February 2018 to July 2019. A background in customer service is demonstrated through roles as a Sales Associate at School Outfitters and as a Shift Lead at Starbucks. Additional experience includes teaching and directing color guard at high schools, as well as serving as a Resident Assistant at ISU Residential Life. Hansen holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University and a degree in Language Studies (German) from Indiana State University.
