Alisa Shen

Alisa Shen has been a Principal Planner for the City of Berkeley since January 2015. Prior to this role, Alisa worked as a Planner for the City of Oakland Community and Economic Development Agency from March 2007 to December 2015, and as an Associate Planner at Design, Community & Environment from October 1999 to February 2007. Alisa holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan, earned between 1995 and 1997, and a BA in Environmental Science from Columbia University, obtained from 1989 to 1993.
