Sheila Montney

Sheila Montney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Win Together LLC since November 2020, Montney also holds the position of Alderman on the City Council for Bloomington, IL, since May 2021. With a long tenure at State Farm from September 1985 to May 2021, Montney advanced through various roles including AVP for Centralized Operations & Technology Officer at State Farm Bank. Additionally, Montney has been a member of the Shingo Executive Advisory Board for the Shingo Institute since April 2014. Academically, Montney earned a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition & Language Studies from the University of North Texas.
