Andrea Baena currently serves as a Senior Planner for the City of Boston and as a Visiting Lecturer at Universidad de Los Andes, specializing in System Dynamics for the Master of Strategic Architectural Project Management. Previously, Andrea held the position of Director of Urban Design and Planning at Utile and served as Director of Innovation at Contexto Urbano. Educationally, Andrea completed a Master of Architecture at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where notable achievements included receiving a full-tuition merit scholarship and the R. Grimshaw Thesis Prize. Earlier academic pursuits include a Master of Architecture pursued at SCI-Arc and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes.
