Joyce Jin

Joyce Jin is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Boston since August 2023, Joyce previously held the position of Human Resources & Administration Manager at Kadena Sportswear Ltd from August 2019 to July 2023, where leadership was demonstrated in restructuring the HR and administration team and enhancing operational processes. Earlier roles include Business Owner at J Consulting, where management consulting services were provided to numerous corporate clients, and Director of Human Resources & Administration for Pangoo Group/HongKong THTF Co., Ltd, overseeing HR practices across multiple international branches. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources & Payroll Manager at Novations Group, Inc., Benefits Administrator & Recruiter at ABCD, Inc., and Human Resources Coordinator at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts. Joyce holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from the University of New Haven and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology at Lingnan University.
