Doug Rieger

Doug Rieger has over 35 years of experience in transit development and management. Since December 2004, Doug has held various positions at the City of Brampton, currently serving as Director of Transit Development, and previously as Senior Manager and Senior Supervisor in Service Development, as well as Project Leader. Prior to this role, Doug worked at the City of Hamilton from April 2001 to December 2004 as Supervisor of Revenue & Accessibility, and spent over 12 years at Hamilton Street Railway's Mountain Transit Centre, where Doug was a Senior Transit Technologist. Doug earned a Diploma in Transportation Engineering from Mohawk College between 1985 and 1988.
