Nancy Johnson

Nancy Johnson, CPHR, has a robust career in human resources with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of Employment Services at the City of Burnaby since February 2007, Nancy has also held the positions of Acting Chief Human Resources Officer and Manager of Employment Services. Previously, Nancy worked as a Branch Manager at RDK Career Services and as a Permanent Staffing Specialist at Adecco Staffing and Kelly Services. Nancy's educational background includes a BA in Psychology from Concordia University and multiple certifications in human resources and management, including a Certificate in HR Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and certifications in Psychological Health and Safety and Emotional Intelligence.
