Melina Morales

Melina Morales is a seasoned communication strategist currently working for the City of Calgary since November 2024. Prior to this role, Melina had a notable tenure at Benevity from October 2018 to November 2024, where responsibilities included lifecycle marketing management and client success management, focusing on integrated marketing strategies and client relations. Melina's experience also includes serving as an advisor for customer relationship management at ATCOenergy, managing marketing campaigns for the AIR MILES Rewards Program at LoyaltyOne, leading email marketing programs at iStockphoto, and coordinating projects at Critical Mass. Melina holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, as well as additional qualifications from Mount Royal University and high school education from Bishop Grandin High School.
