Dana Westley

Dana Westley is a seasoned performance analyst with extensive experience in public safety and program evaluation. Currently serving as the Chief Performance Analyst at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since August 2020, Dana has progressed through roles including Senior and Performance Analyst also within the public safety sector. Prior experience includes positions at YMCA of the USA focused on research and analytics, with responsibilities in assessing individual and family outcomes and evaluating evidence-based health interventions. Dana's earlier career involved a research fellowship at the Cook County Sheriff's Department and roles in human resources at the Chicago Transit Authority. Dana holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern California.
