Ian Hinz

Ian Hinz is an accomplished arts and cultural management professional with a diverse background in leadership positions within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the General Manager at Cain Park in Cleveland Heights since September 2023, Ian previously held the role of Executive Director at Raise the Roof for the Arts from November 2018 to September 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Producer for Ensemble Theatre of Cleveland, Producing Director for Ohio University's Tantrum Theater, and various roles at Cain Park Amphitheater, where Ian was Artistic Director and Operations Manager. Ian's career also encompasses business development management for Realmatch.com and event coordination at the Jerome Schottenstein Center. Ian holds a Master’s degree in Arts and Cultural Management from Leuphana University of Lüneburg and a BA in Theater Arts from Ohio University, complemented by certifications in management from The Ohio State University.
