Jeff Bailey

Jeff Bailey is an experienced professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as the Development Review Program Manager for the City of Colorado Springs since February 2019. Prior to this role, Jeff held significant positions within the City of Pueblo, including Acting Director for Public Works and Assistant City Manager for Stormwater. Jeff's extensive background also includes a tenure as Assistant City Manager for Development Services and a long-standing role as Vice President and General Manager at Abel Engineering Professionals from 1986 to 2008.
