Jessica Clayton

Jessica Clayton is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the MS4 Permit Coordinator and Engineering Tech III for the City of Colorado Springs since March 2017, where program management support has been provided for Illicit Discharge, Industrial Facilities, and Municipal Facilities Programs. Previous roles include Stormwater Inspector II, where inspections for stormwater compliance were conducted, and Budgeting and Scheduling Consultant at Innoven Energy, focusing on budget and capacity management. Prior experience also includes serving as Hazard Mitigation & Resiliency Project Manager for the City of Manitou Springs and Land Development Superintendent at Shea Homes, overseeing various construction and project management tasks.
