Michelle Frilund

Michelle Frilund, CP3, brings a robust background in communications and civic engagement to the role of Civic Engagement Manager for the City of Coquitlam. With previous experience as a Senior Communications and Engagement Specialist and Communications Production Supervisor, Michelle has developed a strong skill set in managing public communications and community relations. Prior roles include Communications Specialist at BC Housing, Communications Coordinator at BC Cancer Foundation, and Junior Communications Officer at Public Safety Canada. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Sciences with a focus on Communications from Simon Fraser University, earned between 2001 and 2006.
