The Human Resources team at the City of Durango is responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The team, comprising the Human Resources Director, Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Human Resources Technician, works collaboratively to support and enhance the well-being and professional growth of the city's workforce. They play a pivotal role in fostering an inclusive and high-performing organizational culture that aligns with the city’s values and mission to deliver exceptional municipal services.
