Lyndsay Gavin

Lyndsay Gavin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Innovation Manager for the City of Durham since April 2022, focusing on process improvement and innovation through collaborative projects. Previously, Lyndsay held roles at The Center for Advanced Hindsight at Duke University as both a Research Affiliate and Senior Behavioral Scientist, contributing to research in applied behavioral economics. In earlier positions, Lyndsay worked as an Energy & Environment Program Analyst for Triangle J Council of Governments, developed teaching materials as a Teaching Fellow at Yale School of Public Health, and participated in various environmental and safety initiatives with Hunt Oil Company and other organizations. Lyndsay holds a Master of Public Health in Environmental Health Sciences from Yale and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Systems Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
