Derek Kuziemsky

Derek Kuziemsky, CPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in employee relations, workforce planning, recruitment, job evaluation, and compensation. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at ATCO since December 2021, Derek specializes in various HR functions, including facilitation of training programs. Previously, Derek held multiple roles at the City of Edmonton from February 2018 to December 2021, including HR Business Partner, where expertise in human resources and organizational development was provided to leaders, and as a Compensation Consultant, leading job evaluation activities. Prior experience includes Human Resources Consultant positions at the Government of Alberta and experience in recruitment and classification during an internship. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from NAIT and additional education from the University of Alberta.
