Terri Harding

Terri Harding has extensive experience in urban planning and community development, currently serving as a Board Member for the South Eugene Soccer Club since January 2022 and as Principal Planner for the City of Eugene since October 2006. In this role, Terri leads the Community Planning and Design Team, focusing on growth management, equitable engagement, and vibrant neighborhood planning. Previous positions include Senior Planner for the City of Eugene, where responsibilities included public involvement management and neighborhood planning, and Senior Planner for the Oregon Department of Transportation. Terri has also served as a Planning Manager at Satre Associates and participated as a Troop Leader with the Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington, along with board membership in the American Planning Association Oregon Chapter and the Eugene Tree Foundation. Terri holds a Master of Arts in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
