Heather Ellzey

Heather Ellzey is an accomplished environmental educator and consultant with extensive experience in sustainability and organizational management. Currently serving as an Environmental Educator for the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas since April 2019, and as Co-Owner of 360 Sustainability Consulting since August 2018, Heather specializes in municipal waste diversion programs and sustainable business practices. Previous roles include consulting, marketing, and human resources within various organizations, such as the Arabian Horse Association and HUFF & LESLIE, LLP, where Heather developed employee performance programs and implemented staff onboarding procedures. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from Oklahoma State University.
