Courtney Banks-McLaughlin

Courtney Banks-McLaughlin was elected in November 2019 by the residents of District 8 to serve her first term on the Fayetteville City Council. Courtney hails from Detroit, Michigan and chose Fayetteville as her home in 2009.

She is a graduate of Denby Technical High School and Arkansas Baptist College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Courtney earned her Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from Webster University in 2008.
