Jim Cunneen

Jim Cunneen, J.D., P.E. has extensive experience in engineering, law, and public service. Currently serving as a City Council Member for the City of Fountain Valley since December 2022, Jim has previously held leadership roles including Director of Southern California Field Services at Converse Consultants and Associate Engineer at Group Delta Consultants. With a background in materials management and environmental engineering at Terracon, and as Managing Director for RMA Group, Inc., Jim has demonstrated a strong commitment to community and professional development. Jim also served on the Board of Trustees for the Fountain Valley School District from December 2014 to November 2022, and has a solid educational foundation with a Juris Doctor from Trinity Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California State University, Long Beach.
