Angelia Pelham serves as a Frisco City Council Member for Place 3 and holds the title of Deputy Mayor Pro Tem. With extensive experience in human resources, Angelia has held senior leadership positions as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Dave & Buster's Inc. and as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Cinemark. Additionally, Angelia was Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Main Event Entertainment. As the CEO and Executive Coach at Real-Talk Executive Coaching & Mentoring, Angelia brings a wealth of expertise to leadership development. Angelia earned an MA in Human Resources from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a BS in Communication from Florida State University.
