Steven Fitch

Steven Fitch has over two decades of experience in government finance and housing initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Housing for the City of Garland since November 2000, Steven recently assumed this leadership role, overseeing a budget of $13 million and assisting nearly 1,600 clients. Prior to this position, Steven functioned as the Finance Manager, managing day-to-day operations and budget oversight. Earlier in the career, Steven worked for the Texas Attorney General from 1991 to 2000 as a Finance Specialist and Child Support Officer, where responsibilities included the filing, enforcement, and collection of child support orders, and serving as an area financial specialist during a significant system transition.
