Terry Quinn

Terry Quinn possesses extensive experience in municipal government and project management, having served in various leadership roles at the City of Hamilton since 2004. Currently, as a Special Projects Manager, Terry Quinn oversees corporate and departmental initiatives that require strategic leadership and problem-solving. Previous positions include Director of Service Channel Integration, focusing on enhancing access to municipal services, and Director of Strategic Services, managing areas such as project management, communications, and organizational development. Terry Quinn also has experience in consulting, having worked independently and with Monsanto Company as a Project Management Leader and Change Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Fairfield University, a Master of Business Administration from York University's Schulich School of Business, and ongoing studies in Local Government at the University of Western Ontario.
