Cody Walker

Cody Walker is an experienced economic development professional with a career spanning over three decades in various roles within municipal government and real estate appraisal. Currently serving as the Economic Development Officer for the City of Henderson since 2000, Cody previously held positions including Senior Redevelopment Supervisor/Manager of Wharf Operations for the City of Monterey, California from 1990 to 2000, and Redevelopment Officer for the City of Lindsay, California from 1988 to 1990. Additionally, Cody has a background as a Certified Real Estate Appraiser, working independently from 1982 to 1990. Education credentials include a Certified Real Estate Appraiser (CREA) degree from Arizona State University and a Certified Commercial Real Estate Appraiser (CCRA) degree from San Diego State University.
