Sarah Lock

Sarah Lock, PE, has extensive experience in public works and engineering, currently serving as the Public Works Director for the City of Hendersonville, TN since May 2015, with previous roles including Interim Public Works Director, City Engineer, Assistant Public Works Director, and Traffic Engineer. Prior to this, Sarah worked at Spirit AeroSystems as a Structural Analysis Engineer, focusing on the Airbus A350 program, and held the position of Administration Manager at Urgent Care West, overseeing operations and employee management. An early career position included administrative support at the Olso Citrus Growers Association. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Tech University and an Associate’s degree in General Engineering from Indian River State College.
