Sarah Honious is a Water Quality Program Coordinator at the City of Hillsboro, a position held since October 2018, where oversight of water quality regulatory compliance and the LCRR compliance program is a primary responsibility. Previously, Sarah served as a Project Specialist in the Water Department, managing water quality data from the Tualatin River. Earlier experience includes roles as a Graduate Research Assistant at Idaho State University, a Vivarium Assistant at the University of Dayton, and an Administrative Assistant within an academic department. Additional experience encompasses a position as a Berry Thesis Fellow and work as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in genetics. Sarah earned a Master’s Degree in Ecology from Idaho State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Dayton.
