Amy Salmon

Amy Salmon currently serves as a Project Manager in Infrastructure Services for the City of Kitchener, where responsibilities include project scoping, design, scheduling, and implementation, along with supervising a cooperative student team and leading a cross-organizational performance management team. Prior experience at L3Harris Technologies includes roles as a Service Operations Business Analyst, where Amy designed a performance metrics automation project, and as a Service Center Coordinator, focusing on ERP business process development and training rollout. Additional roles include consulting for the National Association of Business Women and technical publications internships at L-3 WESCAM. Amy holds a degree in International Development with a specialization in Project Management from Humber College and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Development from the University of Waterloo.
