Brad Palmer

Brad Palmer, CPA, currently serves as a Corporate Budget Advisor at the City of Kitchener since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brad Palmer held the position of Financial Analyst at the Region of Waterloo from June 2018 to December 2022. Brad Palmer has an extensive background in financial analysis, having worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Manulife from September 2011 to June 2018, and contributed to the Finance New Graduate Program. Additionally, Brad Palmer was involved with Fidelity Investments as a Financial Analyst and Treasury Analyst between 2010 and 2011. In a volunteer capacity, Brad Palmer served as Head Coach for the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association from 2012 to 2019. Educationally, Brad Palmer holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Wilfrid Laurier University, obtained in 2012.
