Licinio Costa

Licinio Costa is an experienced engineering professional with a comprehensive background in project management and municipal engineering. Currently serving as an Engineering Construction Project Manager and previously holding various roles including Design and Construction Project Manager, Project Manager for Development Engineering, and Engineering Technologist at the City of Kitchener since September 2012, Licinio has developed expertise in managing complex engineering projects. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Municipal Technologist focused on water at AECOM from May 2003 to September 2012, and as a Technologist at The Walter Fedy Partnership from March 1998 to April 2003.
