Jameson S. Appel

Jameson S. Appel has extensive experience in project management and capital projects, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Capital Projects for the City of Pearland, Texas, since October 2018. Previously, Jameson held multiple roles, including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager at the same city, as well as serving as a Project Manager for the City of Friendswood from July 2015 to October 2018. Jameson began a career with the City of Pearland in 2008, working as a Project Coordinator and GIS Technician until 2015. Academically, Jameson holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Science in Environmental Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Texas State University.
