Jennifer Lowe

Jennifer Lowe currently serves as the Community Development Director for the City of Laguna Hills since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as the Planning and Economic Development Manager for the City of Mission Viejo from April 2022 to November 2024, and held various positions at the City of Aliso Viejo, including Senior Planner/Economic Development Officer, Associate Planner, and Assistant Planner from November 2006 to April 2022. Jennifer's early career included a role as Contract Planner at Civic Solutions, Inc. and as a Planning Technician for the City of Merced. Jennifer holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine and a BA in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.
